Mitte der 1990er Jahre in ersten Ausführungen auf den Markt gebracht, hat sich das daraus weiterentwickelte WALFORM PLUS System inzwischen weltweit durchgesetzt und etabliert. Zahlreiche Hersteller der Automobilindustrie, Schiffswerften sowie stationäre Maschinenbauer setzen es global seit Jahrzehnten ein.
Es handelt sich um ein ausreißsicheres, formschlüssiges Verschraubungssystem, das aus drei Komponenten besteht. Das maschinell umgeformte Rohrende wird mit Hilfe eines DIN-Stutzens und einer DIN-Überwurfmutter (DIN 2353 / ISO 8434-1) formschlüssig in Verbindung mit der Walform Dichtung aus Material NBR oder FKM verschraubt. Durch die Planfläche des umgeformten Rohres, die in den 24°-Konus eintaucht, wird das Montageverhalten verbessert und die Übermontagesicherheit erhöht.

Formschlüssiges Verschraubungssystem das aus zwei Komponenten besteht. Die Abdichtung erfolgt ausschließlich metallisch. Eigens entwickelt für Anwendungen bei denen keine Dichtungen aus den Materialen NBR, FKM, EPDM verwendbar sind, wie etwa bei hohen Temperaturen.
Das Leistungsspektrum beginnt bei Hydraulikrohren mit metrischen Außendurchmessern von 6 bis 42 mm. Die nutzbaren Wandstärken entnehmen Sie bitte dem beigefügten Datenblatt anbei. Numerous manufacturers in the automotive industry, shipyards, and stationary machinery sectors have been successfully using the system worldwide for decades.
It is a pull-out resistant, form-fit tube fitting system consisting of three components. The mechanically pre-formed tube end is assembled using a DIN stud and a DIN union nut (DIN 2353 / ISO 8434-1) in combination with a WALFORM seal made of NBR or FKM. The flat surface of the pre-formed tube, which engages with the 24° cone, enhances assembly behavior and significantly increases protection against over-assembly.
